How it works

# One job. Both sides connected.

Follow one job from both sides: the customer who needs it done, and the business that does it.

You, the customer

You

### You describe the job

In your own words, in Get Quoted. Add photos if you have them.

### A job that fits arrives

It goes on the jobs board for businesses with a live listing on BldFox, and up to five Verified businesses that fit it best are told straight away.

### Quotes come to you

With a free account, compare replies side by side in BldFox, with price and timing in the same place on each. Chat with businesses there, or choose calls or WhatsApp if you want to share your number.

### They reply with a quote

Or ask a question first. Up to ten businesses can reply to one job. A clear, timely answer helps a customer choose. They reach the customer through the channel the customer chose, and only businesses that reply can see a number the customer added.

You

### You hire the one you choose

Press Hire; we tell them, and let the others know.

### They hear straight away

The business you chose is told it got the job. The others are told it has gone, without a name or a price.

You

### You leave a review

After the work is done, so the next customer knows what to expect.

### Their record grows

A customer can leave a review after the work, helping the next person understand what happened. Their card also shows how many customers hired them through the jobs board.

## Built on trust

- Every listing is moderated.

- Every review is tied to an account and screened before publication.

- AI screens listings, posts, comments and photos before they go live, so the community stays useful and respectful.

- Your number never appears on the jobs board. Businesses that reply see it only if you add it.
